Blue Cheese

The blue veins give this cheese its name and distinctive flavour. It is also a versatile option and can be used in everything from salmon tartare to pasta sauces and, of course, it makes a beautiful addition to any cheeseboard.

Brie

The characteristic white, bloomy rind and supple, slightly fruity body make brie cheese a delicious addition to a cheeseboard, entrees, gourmet sauces and in sandwiches. We offer a mixed-milk Brie cheese (cow and goat), along with classic, single, double, and triple cream Brie cheeses that offer richer flavours.

Camembert

A ripe, subtle, melt-in-your mouth cheese with a savoury and earthy flavour, our camembert cheese is a perfect addition to cheese platters, sandwiches and more.  

Firm Cheese

This type of cheese has a firm texture and slightly sharp accent. The moisture level is lower than other types of cheese thus making these cheeses easier to grate and excellent table cheeses.
